Swedish Style

I came across this beautiful home and couldn't get over how calming the Swedish style is.

The designers choice of soft pastels and cool grays are a wonderful combination against the off white walls and rich warm hardwood floors. The home was inspired by the King of Sweden's home who took inspiration from the Court of Versailles in France. Surprisingly this home is in Provo,Utah and is an amazing 14,000 sq feet.....yes that's correct. Be sure to notice the detailing...antique bouvet doors, sculpted window benches, herring bone fireplace, hand-glazed tile in the kitchen, chalk-finished Hanna chairs and silver leafed chandelier in the dining room. In every light...sconce, hanging pendant, chandelier are flickering candle bulbs, to continue the homes ambiance in the evening hours. Such old world charm is timeless.   S9P9MZGNRX6B

WELCOME 2011 !

Happy New Year!   I hope everyone has a wonderful year in store, full of unexpected surprises and delights.

Lets start the New Year off right......ORGANIZED..............it may not sound like fun to some but it can be so freeing. You know... if you don't.... it will linger there over you haunting you every day.

I'm shooting for this look in my pantry......setting the bar too high??

And maybe this for the office......

So hard to pick my favorite .......


        I'll leave you with the best office space for last - Bunny Williams office space ....to die for?

I'll take it.....All of it ...How much to ship it ? Will it come with the old pipes too? GOOD :)




Maybe I should start smaller like the hall closet.......

I'M DREAMING OF A WHITE CHRISTMAS !

I can't help wishing for snow....I know,  for all you living in a winter wonderland your probably getting a chuckle out of that...HA HA HAAAA!!!  I'm sure if I had to live with it I would end up dreading all the shoveling the chains and slippery roads. But for now I WANT IT !  So bear with me while I dream of my perfect Christmas wishes.
